We collect the following data when you use itemic.design:

• Account data: your email address and optional display name, collected via our authentication system (NextAuth.js / Credentials provider).
• Transaction data: subscription plan, billing period, and payment status — received from our payment processors (Paddle and Cryptomus). We do not receive or store your card number or full payment details.
• Usage data: anonymized page view logs (path, approximate country based on IP) used solely for product analytics.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Manage your subscription status and grant access to premium assets.
• Send transactional emails (email verification, password reset) via Resend.
• Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymous analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All payment transactions are handled by third-party processors:

• Paddle (card & PayPal) — acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle's Privacy Policy applies to all card and PayPal transactions.
• Cryptomus (cryptocurrency) — handles all crypto invoice generation and payment confirmation.

itemic.design never stores, transmits, or has access to your full credit card or banking details.

We use cookies strictly for the following purposes:

• Authentication session: a secure, HTTP-only JWT cookie issued by NextAuth.js after sign-in.
• Language preference: a localStorage entry storing your selected display language (en / uk / ru).
• Theme preference: a localStorage entry storing your light/dark mode selection.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@deform.agency. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
