REFUND POLICY

itemic.design sells digital goods — including 3D renders, motion GIFs, PNG assets, and AI Prompts. Because these assets are intangible, instantly accessible, and cannot be physically returned, all purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable under standard digital goods policy.

By completing a purchase or activating a subscription, you explicitly acknowledge that you have immediate access to the digital content and waive any right of withdrawal applicable to physical goods.

Refunds will not be issued once any of the following has occurred:

• A digital asset file (GIF, PNG, ZIP) has been downloaded.
• The AI Prompt for any asset has been revealed or copied.
• Embed code for any premium asset has been accessed.
• The subscription has been active for more than 24 hours.

You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from the Pricing page. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain full Pro access until the end of the paid period.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you believe you were charged in error or made an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at:

Include your registered email address and the transaction ID from your payment receipt. We review each case individually and will respond within 3 business days.

Please note: refunds for accidental purchases are issued at the sole discretion of deform agency and only if no digital content was accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, please contact us immediately at hello@deform.agency. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. A refund may be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
